2022年10月7日、日本を代表する作曲家の一人である一柳慧（いちやなぎとし）氏が逝去されました。
1960年代に一柳氏は電子音楽作品も多数、製作されておりました。
自分の「ウッドベースをモジュラーシンセサイザーで変調する」というやり方は一柳氏からも多大な影響を受けています。
この日は主に、リングモジュレーターをコントラバスにかけて出力を上げ、キャリア音とコントラバスの位置を操作して様々なフィードバック音を得ています。
この演奏は2015年5月21日に大阪のD3というライブハウスでやったものです。
この演奏を一柳氏に捧げると共に、ご冥福をお祈りいたします。

On October 7, 2022, Toshi Ichiyanagi, one of Japan's leading composers, passed away.
In the 1960s, Mr. Ichiyanagi produced many electronic music pieces.
I was greatly influenced by Mr. Ichiyanagi in the way I "modulated the wood bass with a modular synthesizer".
On this day, I mainly applied a ring modulator to the double bass to increase the output, and manipulated the carrier sound and the position of the double bass to obtain various feedback sounds.
This performance was done on May 21, 2015 in Osaka at a live house called D3.
We dedicate this performance to Mr. Ichiyanagi and pray for his soul rest in peace.
